Frank B. Gilbreth Jr. was an American author and journalist, best known for co-authoring "Cheaper by the Dozen" and "Belles on Their Toes" with his sister, Ernestine Gilbreth Carey. Born in 1911, he was the son of efficiency experts Frank B. Gilbreth Sr. and Lillian Moller Gilbreth. His works often humorously recount his experiences growing up in a large family. Gilbreth also enjoyed a successful career in journalism.
