James Norman Hall

James Norman Hall was an American author born in 1887 in Iowa. He is best known for co-authoring the "Mutiny on the Bounty" trilogy with Charles Nordhoff. A World War I veteran, Hall's experiences as a fighter pilot deeply influenced his writing. His works often explore themes of adventure and human resilience. Hall spent much of his later life in Tahiti, which inspired many of his stories before his passing in 1951.
